Rico Swavey’s family has funeral preparations for the late Big Brother Naija reality star. The family updated his funeral arrangements in a tweet on his Twitter profile.
A memorial night and candlelight walk will be conducted in his honour on October 19th. On October 20th, the late reality star would be laid to rest. Before his funeral, a religious ceremony would be performed in Tinubu Square’s Methodist Church.

According to NewsGist24, the reality personality died on Thursday morning, October 13th, from injuries incurred in a terrible car accident. Tobi Bakre, his co-star, confirmed his demise.

Rico Swavey’s management has spoken out about his passing
The reality star’s managers broke their silence on his demise. His administration was aware that several narratives about the reason for his death were spreading on the internet.
Doren hospital, where he was treated, said that the dead man was intoxicated because he smelled alcohol when he was brought in. In response to the remaining rumours, his management discredited them, claiming that the vast majority were incorrect.
Many influencers, said, had been paid to push specific storylines. His management has pledged to release complete information on Rico’s accident, treatment, and death.
Rico Swavey’s management requested his followers to remember his family in their prayers and to keep the atmosphere of love and fraternity alive.
