She gave her view of the country’s economic situation and how she has survived since the beginning of the year:
“2022 has been a blessing despite the battles facing our country. The year has made me delve into other businesses to stay afloat. I ventured into businesses like clothing and real estate. The harsh economy has affected all, and nobody is an exception to the harsh realities facing us as a people. Is it the ravaging hunger that I should talk about, or should I talk about the inflation of goods and human services?
“Maybe I shouldn’t talk about the decrease in film production because nobody wants to produce films and not have viewers due to the high cost of data. For real, these days, a lot of young ladies are looking for all possible means to survive by agreeing to sex for money and all. These ladies are into hookups as it is now called and even if they truly have a business proposal or idea, where are they going to get the capital to start it? This is one reason why I don’t judge any lady I see who ventures into that line. “Hookup, I will do that,” she said in an interview with the Saturday Sun.
Sylvia Ukaatu, a Script Interpreter currently in Agbor, Delta State, for a movie, stated that she might not get married. However, she would choose to have one more child and raise her children alone.
“You can connect me to your brother ’cause I’m so lonely right now. Let me give him a trial,” Sylvia said, “Staying afloat as a single mum hasn’t been easy for me, but I am doing just fine. Whenever I look at the rate at which celebrity marriages fold up recently, I think I’d choose to have another baby in addition to my daughter and then close the chapter for husband wahala.”
Sylvia Ukaatu further stated, “If I need a man, I sure know how to go about it. Men are still in abundance in Nigeria. I do not own a dildo. I stick with men, not toys; the feelings are different,” she said.
