Reno Omokri: Peter Obi is an excellent candidate, but Atiku is better

An aide to Former President Goodluck Jonathan, who has been known for his recent tantrum of attacking Peter Obi supporters “Obidients” on Twitter, has finally confessed that the Former Anambra State Governor is indeed an excellent presidential candidate but insisted that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential flagbearer of the people’s Democratic Party (PDP) is a better candidate.

He advised every Nigerian citizen to campaign, support and vote for any candidate of their choice without disrespecting other people’s choices and candidates as well. “I love Obidients. This doesn’t change the fact that Peter Obi is a strong candidate. To be clear, I think that Atiku is the better candidate. We can respect each other and still vote for the people we think deserves it the most. Reno sent out a tweet.

The Labour Party presidential candidate in the forthcoming elections was also hugely welcomed in Kaduna in the early hours of today, as people could be heard chanting “Nigeria, Sai Obi” as they rallied around him. Peter Obi has received enormous support from various quarters, especially on social media, as young men and women have come out in mass to clamour for a real change in the country’s system.
