Manchester City Midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has said that the World Cup that will take place in November might be his last world tournament
The Mancity and Belgium international midfielder will be bringing his family with him to Qatar so that his children and wife may experience the thrill of seeing their father compete in the biggest tournament in football history.
The Belgian international, who is now 31 years old, was a member of the Belgian squad that came third four years ago in the 218 world cup hosted in Russia and advanced to the quarterfinals of the world cup in Brazil in 2014, but he is aware that this competition is very likely to be his last opportunity to compete for his Belgian team in the WC.

Kevin De Bruyne said that his family will be travelling to attend the group stages to see him play. At the moment I’m 31 years old, and I have no idea what will take place in the next four years. My children are quite excited to be attending the World Cup for the very first time.
“That is the reason why they are coming along with me. It will be unique, and I don’t want them to lose out on the experience. The two older children pay some attention to the football game, they’ve got interested in it but the daughter does not. Instead, she prefers to spend her time basking in the sun and having fun in the pool and she can do that there.
“I’m very happy about this. This would be the third time I’ll be playing in the world cup, and achievements like that always cause for celebration. The fact that everyone around the world is watching makes this tournament much better. Even if it is a significant issue, there is no need to worry about it. Because this will be my third time, I am aware of what to expect; nevertheless, I am unable to provide advice to others who will be attending for the first time.
“No one knows for sure”. There is no use in being anxious about it or thinking about it. Stop wasting your time. You have to learn to roll with the punches and play as well as you possibly can. We are not discussing it with the other members of the team. The agenda is just too full of activity. We had two games away from home following one another very rapidly.”
