“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the good and well-intentioned people who sent their support to this wonderful family during this health challenge, both at home and abroad. Your collective and individual pockets will never run dry.
Pam Myke later urged Eedris Abdulkareem’s fans and well-wishers to continue still to show the artiste love as he now recuperates and then ends the statement by commending Nigerians for their goodness and believes that Nigerians are wonderful people and have unsurprisingly saved his man but have stunned him because he didn’t expect the love Eedris received before and during the surgery.
Recall that Eedris Abdulkareem in July revealed that he was diagnosed with kidney failure and pleaded that Nigerians and people worldwide pray for him as he battled with the report.
He also revealed that he was undergoing dialysis in a hospital in Lagos, and the transplant was slated for a future date. He also told the media that the donor was his family member. His management promised they would keep Nigerians to date with the situations and begged good Nigerians to pray for Eedris.
His surgery was slated for July 27, but the management team of Eedris Abdulkareem released a statement that doctors postponed the surgery. In the statement, Myke Pam, a friend and colleague, wrote:
To fulfil our earlier heartbreaking news about the health crisis involving well-known Nigerian hip-hop icon Eedris Abdulkareem and our commitment to keeping Nigerians informed at every stage of the procedure, the statement read: Lakreem Entertainment, on behalf of the Abdulkareem family, wants to divulge that the earlier kidney transplant surgery which was provisionally slated for the July 27 which was yesterday, have now been moved forward to an unknown date by the doctors.”
