Burna Boy, who is a big deal in the Afrobeats scene, is currently trending because of a video that just went viral on social media showing him talking to fans while he was performing.
Burna Boy is known for selling out famous venues like Madison Square Garden and State Farm Arena, as well as a large number of other venues all over the world. He recently announced that he would start the new year with a show in Lagos.
Even though the event was supposed to start at 6 p.m. on January 1, 2022, Nigerian time, Burna Boy didn’t take the stage until 3:30 a.m. on January 2, 2022.
People who were there say that the singer continued by saying that he would have left the event if it weren’t for his colleague and the street-hop act Seyi Vibez. This is according to multiple reports from people who were there. But during the performance, the singer didn’t say anything to say sorry.

In the video that has gone viral, the musician says that Nigerian fans don’t like him because they have spread lies about him. He then went on to list some of the things Nigerians had said to insult him, such as that he had killed someone at a popular club in Lagos and that his mother had danced for Fela, among other things.
He then went on to curse his opponents by saying things like, “If you don’t like me, God will punish you.”
