Allowing her doctoral degree award, Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi Wellington finally broke her silence. It was reported that the actress had bagged an honorary degree from her alma mater, Wolverhampton University, UK.
Adesua Etomi graduated from the University in 2009 with a degree in Drama & Performance. Over the weekend, Adesua Etomi was awarded a Doctor of Arts recognition for her phenomenal contribution to arts and culture.
Her husband, Banky Wellington, their son, Adesua Etomi best friend Jemima Osunde, Adesua Etomi’s mum, and more accompanied her to the ceremony. Adesua Etomi, who posted a video from the gorgeous occasion, offered an uplifting message to her millions of admirers about the significance of focusing on their race.
Adesua Etomi thanked her hubby for constantly cheering her on and everyone who helped her. Not of him who wills or runs, but of God who shows mercy. Dr Susu is present in the building. Concentrate on your personal race while keeping your gaze fixed on the mastermind behind your life’s adventure.

Afrobeats artist and song composer Tiwa Savage, who continues to place the country on the global map favourably, had bagged an honorary degree. Tiwa Savage’s old university, the University of Kent, has nominated her and many others for the coveted degree.
Tiwa Savage and Abdulrazak Gurnah, the 2021 Nobel Laureate for Literature, were among the Kent honorary graduates for July 2022. The University of Kent hailed the musician as one of the inspiring persons who will get the degree in an official release.
Tiwa Savage earned a degree in Business Administration before being awarded a scholarship to study Professional Music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Tiwa Savage went live on Instagram to share a video from the wedding. The graduation ceremony was held at Canterbury and Rochester cathedrals in the United States.
